2 Sounds in One Drum
VertDrums have two distinct sounds. They are designed to flip over, making it possible to play on the top or bottom head. The top head is an Aquarian Clear Classic, which produces a big warm tom sound. Flip the drum over and the bottom Aquarian Hi-Frequency head produces an aggressive timbale tone. All VertDrums come with a Hex-Key for tuning.
PHENOMENAL SOUND: VertDrums average 10 tuning screws per drum, for a single head tuning system that holds pitch to major, minor and pentatonic scales. Our innovative VertBrackets house two completely independent sets of connection holes, to ensure the tone of the drum is not distorted by the drum's own weight. The combination of hi-tech mounting brackets, two-head single tension tuning and multi vent-holes adds up to a superior sound; especially considering that it's coming from such a thin compact drum.
